Our staff completes the collection of documents and verifications. We assemble the credentialing file in the order required by the facility. OSC ensures that the application/CV match the verifications, references, etc. We send it to our internal QA for review and submission.
The One Stop Package includes the Credentialing File. Your company can add Occupational Health and Security for an additional cost.
You have worked hard to get an applicant and we ensure that they have a pleasant experience. Our staff provides constant communication and prompt responses to any questions or concerns. We include, your desired team members, on each email sent to the applicant. In addition we provide weekly status every Monday for tracking purposes. Clients are always welcome to request an update at any time.
We understand the importance of not losing an applicant. If the applicant has become non-responsive for two days we send a Yellow Flag to your team notifying them of the possible delay. If a negative verification/reference is received, our team will immediately send out a Red Flag Notification. Should the applicant go unresponsive for four days we also send a Red Flag Notification.
